Chase's first two weeks

It's a good thing babies are so cute because they are hard!  I forgot how much work a newborn is, but at the same time, it is so fun and every time I look at his sweet little face my heart melts.

Poor little Chase has colic.  I didn't experience it with my other two so it is a challenge.  I feel so bad for him and hate that I can't take it away.  I am debating about restricting my diet to see if it helps. I have had to top him off with bottles because at his 2 week appointment he was still below birth weight.  I have been a little discouraged about it.  I never had a problem making enough milk with my others.  Hopefully it will pick up soon with the supplements and extra pumping I am doing. 

Easter 2012

We had a great Easter this year home with our new baby and some of my family visiting from St. George. The kids had fun searching for their Easter baskets and coloring eggs.  We tried taking some pictures of Chase in an Easter basket but just having a good camera doesn't mean that you can be a photographer! It was a fun and relaxing day.
